Description

An eclectic vintage collectible lot featuring a model train locomotive, wooden display box, colorful fruit crate label, vintage record, and a boxed General Electric travel steam iron. This assortment brings together several mid-century style pieces that appeal to collectors of railroad memorabilia, advertising graphics, and vintage household items.

Included is a Baltimore and Ohio diesel locomotive model displayed in a fitted wooden box, along with a striking “Red Rooster” asparagus crate label from A. Levy & J. Zentner Co. of Firebaugh, California—a classic example of colorful produce advertising artwork. The lot also features a Lawrence Welk “At Madison Square Garden” Coral Records LP, plus a General Electric portable steam iron (Cat. No. F-29) in its original box.

Mixed collectible lots like this are especially fun because they bring together different areas of vintage collecting—railroad memorabilia, advertising labels, music history, and mid-century appliances.

With Easter approaching, some smaller collectible items like these can also make unique additions to Easter baskets or fun treasures for collectors to discover.
