About the Item

Mineral specimen collections like this are commonly used in geology education, hobby collecting, and classroom science demonstrations. Sets featuring multiple crystal types allow collectors and students to observe differences in color, structure, and mineral composition.

Specimens such as amethyst, citrine, labradorite, garnet, and malachite are among the most recognizable minerals and are frequently included in beginner geology collections.

These display-style sets are also popular with collectors because the glass domes protect the specimens while allowing them to be viewed clearly from all sides.
